Inside there is text of Order MVS (Ministry of Military Forces) #060-1947: "The Rules of the Secret Documents Circulation ..."
Size 13" x 9 3/4" (33 x 24.5 cm).
Made in USSR in 1947's. Condition: see photo for all details.
This Folder belonged to the Chief of the Labour Battalion of the Ministry of Military Forces which use the Labor of repatriates and POW right after WW2.
