A Very Nice and Rare, Old, Authentic Cast Propaganda Bust of the VTchK / NKVD / KGB Founder and First Leader Felix Edmundovitch DZERZHINSKIJ (DZERZHINSKIY). On the backside name of the sculptor Teplov, 1982.
