Inscription: "Do not block the approaches to the Fire Fighting equipment".
Dimensions 11 3/4" x 7 1/4" (30 x 18.5 cm). Weight 1 pound (450 gram). Made in USSR circa 1960 of the thick metal sheet. Very nice and rare item. Good condition, there are couple small chips - details on the photo.
