Made in USSR of enamel metal sheet. Vintage condition, there are some chips on the sides - details on the photo. Very nice and rare item.
Andrei Alexandrovich Zhdanov (1896 – 1948) was a Soviet politician, Chairman of the Soviet of the Union (1946-1947). After World War II, he was thought to be the successor-in-waiting to Joseph Stalin, but Zhdanov died before Stalin. This Plaque is from Western Ukraine, after Soviet Union disintegration the street was renamed and the plaque was taken from the building.
