An Old Authentic Russian Soviet Space Theme FIRST SPUTNIK (Satellite) Cigarette Case. On the cover : design of the Russian Rocket ( Spaceship ) with Sickle & Hammer and Sputnik (Satellite). Inscriptions: " Soviet Satellites of Earth", " CCCP " (USSR).
Dimensions: 4" x 3" (10 x 8 cm).
Made in USSR of aluminum. Good condition, surface has some small scratches - see photo for all details. Very nice and rare item.
This souvenir was made circa 1960's and devoted to the Soviet Union achievements in Space Exploration Programs.
