An Old BIG Porcelain Soup PLATE with very interesting design: Communist STARS with SICKLE & HAMMER and gold depicted Sputik (First Soviet Satellite).
Diameter: 11 1/4" (28.5 cm).
Good condition no chips, no cracks – see photo for all details. Nice and Rare item.
I have 4 items from this Set (see my other auctions) : 2 Plates and 2 Soup Tureens, they were in Ministry Cafeteria in Kiev. This Set was made by special order in 1967 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Great October Revolution. They were reserved for special events, not every day use.
