An Extremely Rare and Very Nice Wall Hanging Rushnik with Folk Scene writing and signature. This is Hand-made embroidered homespun linen rushnik. Inscription: "1950. Here is that well (caisson) where dove was swimming, my boyfriend was washing up from this well . K.B.".

Made in Ukraine in 1950. Good condition - see photo for all details.
Before revolution this kind of 'Rushnyk' (tapestry) was made in Ukraine to decorate Icons.
