H=12 3/4" (32.5 cm). Weight: 1 1/2 pounds (700 gram).
Made in USSR  of plastic. Very nice work and extremely rare item. Good condition - see photo for all details.
This monument was built in Voroshilovgrad in Ukraine (now this town name is changed back to the historical Luhansk).
