Inscription: "Careless Behavior with Flame is a cause of Fire".
Dimensions: 10" x 6" (25.5 x 15 cm). Weight 360 gram.
Made in USSR circa 1960 of thick metal sheet with enamel coating. Good condition, there are couple small chips - details on the photo.
This Plaque was taken from Soviet Military Unit Warehouse after Soviet Union disintegration.
