L=3 1/2" (9.5 cm).
Made in USSR circa 1960 of pressed steel. Very nice and extremely rare items. Good condition – see photo for all details.
01, 02, 03, 04 - were telephone emergency numbers in Soviet Union during Communist Epoch.
